Easy peasy yummy thai chicken skewers

Mix in a bowl:
100g yoghurt
tsp crushed coriander seeds
chopped fresh coriander
juice of 1 lime
salt

Slice 4 chicken breasts and marinate in the above mixture for around 4 hours.

Thread onto skewers and cook on the bbq.

Yum! The yoghurt keeps the chicken deliciously moist mmmm
